CAIAZZANA TABLE OLIVE


These olives are rigorously harvested and selected by hand. They have a slightly elongated shape and a very small core. They have an excellent pulp yield and a slightly acidic aftertaste. They are very ductile for processing and excellent for pairing with pizza, appetizers, first courses, salads, etc.


OLIVES WITH MEDITERRANEAN FLAVORS

Pitted olives seasoned with salt, chilli, oregano, capers and wild fennel. They are packaged in glass jars with oil or vacuum-packed in food bags.





BAKED OLIVE

Slightly dried and flavored olives with wild fennel, orange peel and bay leaf as per traditional recipe.








DRIED OLIVE

Mostly dried and flavored olives with: wild fennel, with and without chilli, orange peel and bay leaf.






CAIAZZANA OLIVE CREAM

Pulp of olives blended and seasoned with chilli, salt and fennel.
