CAIAZZANA TABLE OLIVE
These olives are rigorously harvested and selected by hand. They have a slightly elongated shape and a very small core. They have an excellent pulp yield and a slightly acidic aftertaste. They are very ductile for processing and excellent for pairing with pizza, appetizers, first courses, salads, etc.
Olive pulp processed with extra virgin oil and seasoned with Mediterranean aromas.
